Objective:
Rain Iron on every allied factory till it reduced to rubble, goal is to reduce each factory to more than 80% damage which stops production, ideally 100% for all would be preferred.
Plan:
He-111s with escorts as is obvious. If numbers allow, use of 110s and 109s to feign a 111 raid to pave the way and intercept enemy air is optimal. This can be done either with or without a few bombers, if no bombers are in group, keep speed to target roughly 250IAS to appear to be a bomber raid. Should numbers at times not be available for this and enemy air as ramped up intercept efforts, use of "false-raids" a great way to keep them honest.
Bomber raids should be split in to a bomber and escort lead on same mission, use of TS highly encouraged for coordination. Stagger origin AFs so as not to become predictable, use of front line to climb and disguise raid till a few sectors past front works rather well. Choose your routes carefully, avoid getting too close major AOs, especially when crossign an enemy flight path to that AO. Also, avoid enemy AFs as AA AI will give away your position.

Now, thoughout the weekend and into late Sunday night or early Monday morning.
