the Idea has come up to have 4 CinC Staff positions filled by 4 Dedicated Axis Players to represent the Axis Squads / Playerbase interest and open a line of Communications between the Squads / Playerbase and the Axis High Command.
these Positions would be Non HC Officers, with no HC Responsibilities but to Represent / Liaison the Axis Squads / Playerbase.
we do Understand that the Axis Squads are the Backbone of "Team Axis". we do understand that some of the best Leaders in game do not want to be HC Officers. we do understand we have a Communications problem on both sides. we do understand that without You, the Dedicated Axis Squads, that "Team Axis" is nothing.
this is just an Idea, and i'd like your thoughts on the Idea and if it might be a Step in the right direction of better communications and ingame relationships between the Squads and the Axis High Command.
now there will be a Few Rules that would have to be adheared to for these Positions on the CinC Staff, like going to the Weeking Senior Staff Meeting, working with the Senior Staff addressing / Fixing some the the Issues between the HC's and the Squads / Playerbase, the passing of Reset plans to the Squads, and some other things like not playing Allied while you hold the Staff Position.
my idea on who would fill those 4 positions was that there would be a Nomination Process that You the Squads would do, then after that, You the Squads would vote on the Nominees and the 4 with the most Votes would be your Liasion represenitives in the Axis High Command.
so, would the Dedicated Axis Squads and Non Squad players be interested in a group of 4 to Represent them in the Axis High Command to better the working relationship between the two of them ?
