wie es aussieht hat der aktuelle axis CinC gleich ein halbes dutzend hochrangiger GHC offze gefeuert. darunter zwei armeekommandeure und sogar seinen chief of staff (schaller).

kann nicht viel dazu sagen, ausser dass das GHC eh nur noch schrott ist ;) , aber schaller hatte ich eigentlich nur noch in bester erinnerung.

naja.. da soll aber noch einer sagen,. ich wäre nen böser CinC gewesen :lol: naja.. wobei aufmucken hat sich eh kaum einer getraut bei mir und zu meiner zeit hatten die demokraten auch noch keinen einzug gehalten hehe

nein ein "Lince" ist nicht darunter, aber die namen werden schon noch auftauchen denke ich ;)

war wohl zeit. sollten noch gleich zwei dutzend hinterherfliegen.

was auch ein problem ist ausser der inaktivität vieler niedriger ränge, ist das "imbrutus" syndrom. dass einfach leute nach oben fallen wenn oben einer ausscheidet und das die meisten für höhere ränge einfach nicht geeignet sind.
dann sieht man dem ganzen so lange zu bis das chaos perfekt ist. das gabs zu meiner zeit nicht. als ich CinC wurde habe ich erstmal aufgeräumt soweit nicht die unfähigen schon von alleine gingen in Vorahnung was passiert sobald ich CinC werde.

habe auch fähige aber rangniedrige leute (wie levi, jorvik oder tex64 damals) sprungbefördert, teilweise von divisions XO zum Kommandeur des Heeres oder armeechef... dann lief die maschienerie wieder wie geschmiert.

sehe aber das problem, dass das offiziersmaterial nimmer das der ersten stunde ist. es fehlt der idealismus.

Schaller (Chief-of-Staff): Failure to display impartiality while holding an Office in the OKA (multiple article 20 violations here), actively protecting Officers that mistreat the players (& calling it "by the book"), & for the displaying of an attitude inconsistent with High Command membership (to quote him "I am the God-damned Chief-of-Staff & I should be above the rules")


Batigol (12.Armee CO): Failure to attempt to earn the respect of his playerbase, allowing the misconduct of his junior Officers to go on unabated, the displaying of partiality toward Officers of one unit beneath his command over another, & actively engaging in manufacturing of evidence in an investigation concerning a fellow Officer (for the purposes of getting an OKW Officer, from another Squad, removed from command)


Dvdoc (12.Armee XO): Continued disrespect of fellow Officers & players (inciting a witch hunt among other things), failure to attempt to earn the respect of the playerbase, & numerous counts of failure to follow the orders of a Senior Officer (& failure to follow High Command policy)

Heartbrk (XIX.Armeekorps CO): For actively engaging in a witch hunt that resulted in the termination of one, or more, Officers of the High Command (disrespect of a fellow Officer), abusive treatment & harrasment of (at least) one player over voice comms, & the attempted alienation of a group of players from association with the Axis High Command

Eggysrun (3.Luftflotte CO): Failure to properly represent the High Command by displaying preference toward his Squad (& Squadmates), public disagreement with HC policy, & public disrespect of fellow Officers

Enigma (I.Fliegerkorps CO): Continued, public attacking of a section of the playerbase while representing the High Command (even following several warnings & a final warning)

S 1775th!

I know that it has been some time, and my apologies for that. Unfortunately I need to call upon the friendship betwen 1775th and 3.gebirgs for a bit of aid. Haulyou2, a co-founder of our squad, and the current Commander in Chief OKW has run into a bit of a snag, and posted the following in our forums today:

As everyone knows, I have been the Commander-in-Chief of the Axis
Powers for nearly three months. Nothing new, but I have to state that

During my time in the OKW, I have dealt with a lot of issues, but none so
big as this latest one.

CRS has stated that the Good 'Ole Boyz Networks should be a thing of the
past & that the High Commands should remove them "for the good of the
game". I have finally come into conflict with one of the oldest (&
strongest) GOBNs that still remain.

Of late, some of these have been removed (by my own hand) from their
Command positions in the OKA--various reasons like mistreating & the
failure to display respect toward their players, disrespect of fellow
Officers, dereliction of duty, & various other reasons. This is the mantra
of a group from a certain Armeekorps, with whom we are all familiar...
names are not important, as I am honor-bound to not engage in smear
campaigns.

These folks have appealed the decision to my bosses (the Community
Managers of CRS). Tonight, I am attending my own trial, where I am
accused of the "misuse of executive authority". If my decision stands, all
is well. If my decision is over-turned, I will no longer be able to play this
game (which I deeply enjoy) with my Brothers-in-Arms (whom I have
come to greatly respect). The short version, I will be granted a lifetime
ban from the game.

This last bit is unlikely, but in my philosophies "all things are possible".

This is, more or less, just to warn everyone of what could happen & to not
be totally caught off-guard if my next post is one of "good-bye".

I knw that many of you do not know him personally, but he is one of the most dedicated and heart felt proponents of WWIIOL I have ever met. IF there is anyone who has worked hard at bringing back the OKW to its former preeminence, it is Haulyou2.

Sollten dan Laden schließen. Funtzt nimmer. Die "internen" HC foren haben soviel Content wie unser Foyer in diesem Forum hier. Nein, kein Scherz.

Schwer zu sagen wann es anfing. Würde sagen kurz nach mir mit LT. Und das spätetere CinCs a la Stafnberg oder Zz sowas nicht wieder einrenken konnten stand ausser Frage. Zu sowas muss man befähigt sein :!:

für mich siehts so aus das im hc im moment nur karrieregeile und kleine adolfs sind.

Keine zehn Pferde würden mich ins High Command in ww2ol zurückbringen.

Es ist auch nimmer dasselbe. Schwer zu erklären. "Damals" war man noch enthusiastisch bei der Sache. Man hatte so eine Visison (hört sich sicher doof an lol). Idealsimus war gefragt und Pioniergeist. Was vergleichbares gabs nichtmal annähernd.

Jetzt weiss keiner so richtig, was er mit einer HC Position anzufangen hat. Man ist halt dann drin und fein.. gut ist. Toll. Selbst die wenigen alten Hasen die noch im HC sind (die zu meiner Zeit niedrigere Positionen inne hatten) sind aufgebraucht und erkennen Probleme nimmer. Alles zu eingefahren.. ausgelutscht. Paar Ausnahmen gibts schon. Keine Frage. Aber diese scheinen zu wenige zu sein.

Wenn ich schon alleine die internen HC foren lese. Das siehts aus wie bei uns im Foyer. Nur Posts a la "Da bin ich und Salute", paar Beförderungsthreads hier und da und zudem sinnfreies Geschwafel.

Von Oben kommt nix mehr. Zwar erfordert das "System" jetzt theoretisch weniger Arbeit und Papierkrieg aber eben nur in der Theorie.

Naja egal. Sollte den Foren fernbleiben. Dann tuts weniger in der Seele weh :(
