Below is the list of where the initial kgs(HQ3) and division(HQ2) placements will be.
Keep in mind that by placing these HQS in towns we are simply tying down the equipment lists that come with each HQ.

The playerbase will still be allowed to switch to all missions on the map but now they have to use that specific brigade mission.
