ok i found a statement from badger about the coming rankstruktur and so on

The future of the commands on how they will be filled is not 100% decided internally yet, or how they will be scored. We do know that the game will get them there, meaning that they will have to work their way up through the ladder from private to Lt. Col before they can become eligible for the next level.

As many of you know I communicate with the community in many different ways, and one of the things that many of you have told me is that the ranks are meaningless. This is due to no prestige, and also how rank is calculated today. Our goal is to make ranks more prestige. We are redoing the ranks, but not only the name. We have reviewed the total rank system and how it works today and how we want it to be in our dream game. We want it to score people on contributing to the goal of the team, which the game has one major objective, team victory. Looking at each rank, the role that it fills to accomplish the major objective, and how well it was done. We also looked at each rank to find the role that we want that rank to fill in the game.

The first phases in 1.19 are not the complete rank system, but the first changes to it. In 1.20 we will continue to finalize the rank system for the grunt, nco, and officers.

Keep in mind that we do have some terminology changes for us to get used to.

The first thing, there is no AHC/GHC in the future of the game as you know it today. There will be only a game, with two sides, and on those two sides there are 22 player gained ranks, with 4 levels within it. When the new player joins the game, he has the ability to work his way up the ladder to be Side Commander one day.

Within the 22 ranks, there are four levels, and they are grunt, nco, officer, and commander. Each of these have a role within the game and they are.

Grunt-New players, the goal is to learn the game, learn the vehicles, learn teamwork, and have fun.

NCO-advance the team towards the major objective of campaign victory

Officer-Post mission and lead that mission to a mission success

Commander-Set the team’s roadmap towards major objective completion.

In the commander level each position has their own roles and what each of them have to accomplish within their role.

Field leadership is the officer level, with some from the HQ3 level command. The HQ2 and higher are Strategic, Tactical, and Logistical thinkers on the larger scale. Their vision is wider than the HQ3 since they are responsible for watching flanks, and other stuff.

Everyone is on their side, within that side is one team, and that team has the different levels as above. Our goal is to make it one ladder instead of what some players consider two different ladders today. Many think of it as with the HC and not with the HC. The future is everyone is on one team. That team has commanders, officers, nco’s, and grunts and their purpose is to advance their team toward accomplishing victory.
