Leute habe nbei uns wegen sowas tatsaechlich ihren Job verloren ... die meissten denken nie so grossartig arueber nach aber es kann maechtig ernst werden bevor mann entsprechend reagieren kann .. ein sehr guter Kumpel von mir hat dadurch Probleme allerkrassester Art bekommen (ohne hier zu nennen, was das im einzelnen dann war) nur weil er n bissl zu sehr interessiert an sowas war und nicht ganz so sorgfaeltig war ...

1, solange es nicht ausdrücklich verboten ist private emails zu lesen --> lt. grundsatzurteil darf mann das aber nicht!! muss der arbeitgeber erstmal nachweisen, das es pure Absicht war am besten noch um den Arbeitgeber zu schaden. Ansonsten lacht sich jeder Arbeitsrichter darüber kaputt.

Kleiner Tip Leute, es gibt sowas wie Einmal-E-Mails. Kann man sich jederzeit kostenlos in unbegrenzter Meng beschaffen und leiten die Mail an das eigentliche Postfach weiter. Die Adressen verlieren nach einer bestimmten Zahl von empfangenen E-Mails ihre Gültigkeit und senden dann alles zurück an den Absender (also den Spam-Verursacher!).

Ein gute Möglichkeit die allseits beliebte "Registrierung" zu umgehen, die meist nicht anders als moderne Adressen-Räuberei darstellt.
