Concluding Comments:
Commander's Intent: New orders from XXXIX Panzerkorps! 9th Panzer Division is to move west to capture Valenciennes. 12th Armee is also advancing on Valenciennes from Bavay.
KG Co's ensure that all objective towns have their resupply routes interdicted during your attacks.
Timeline is to capture Valenciennes is by 27 August.
Command and Signal: As the division's KG's are evenly split between Euro's and US, KG-1 and Generalmajor Dekumpel will have overall command of the operation during EURO hours, then shift command to KG-2 and Generalmajor Csm308 during US hours o/a 1900 EDT. The Division's TZ 3 members will maintain any gains made by 9th PD during EURO and US hours.
Primary tactical comms will be via text channel 91. Coordination with other 18th Armee units has changed. Comms are now via text channel 19. Our Luftwaffe support can be contacted via text channel 18 (Luftflottes 1 & 4). Also utilize your respective Teamspeak servers and channels for KG and intrasquad tactical comms.
KG Commanders will provide a daily sitrep at the close of their day's combat operations to 9th PD Command (Csm308/Dekumpel).
Supply: Utilize Mons' 2 x AB's for resupply to overstock Thulin.
